Responsibilities

• Role will be 1st shift- 6am-2pm must be willing to work overtime to include Saturdays
• Become familiar with product line and all related visual defects to identify rejected parts.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement engineering changes and improvements.
• Perform 15-minute inspections of high-volume production.
• Properly complete and maintain device history records in compliance with GDP, ISO and FDA requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Adhere to all quality procedures and SOEs.

• Order replacement inventory and control levels as needed.

• Perform housekeeping responsibilities vital to maintain a clean environment.

• Maintain paperwork levels throughout the shift.

• Alert leadership and personnel when problems first begin.

• Enforce safety rules to all.
