Now, we are on the hunt for a strategic, creative, and conversion-obsessed Copywriter to join our past-paced marketing team. If you can write killer Facebook ads, dialed-in landing pages, and video scripts that sell without sounding salesy - we NEED to meet you.
This isn't just a "churn out copy" kind of role. You'll be the GOAT wordsmith for bringing our brand voice to life across key digital touchpoints. You'll work closely with our e-Commerce Marketing Director and collaborate across departments to drive results, keep our messaging fresh, and turn browsers into buyers.
So you ask, what will you be doing?
• Craft persuasive, on-brand copy for ads, emails, funnels, landing pages, and video scripts that actually convert.
• Dive into customer research to create messaging that speaks to real pain points and desires.
• Build buyer personas to guide your messaging and brainstorm new campaign angles (and put them into action).
• Lead copy strategy for upsells, sales funnels, and everything in between.
• Optimize landing page copy for higher conversions and lower bounce rates.
• Maintain a library of high-performing copy assets and marketing angles...and use them to our advantage.
• Proofread and polish everything with a sharp eye for detail, consistency, and brand voice.
• Research product ingredients and trends to develop fresh content ideas.
What you will bring to the table:
• Proven experience writing high-converting copy for e-comm or DTC brands.
• A solid understanding of direct response, performance marketing, and persuasive storytelling.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
• You enjoy trying, testing, and optimizing A/B tests.
• Obsessive attention to detail and meticulous grammar skills.
• BONUS if you're familiar with Klaviyo, and paid social ad strategy.
