Job Description:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in required
- Masters Degree preferred in Business or relevant field of study preferred
Work Experiences:
- 3+ years technology, marketing analytics, and reporting experience
- 2+ years of experience in retail which includes exposure to omni-channel set-up
- Experience with scripting languages such as SQL, R and or Python, VBScript
- Experience with standard digital marketing tools/platforms which includes but are not limited to Google Tag Manager, Adwords, ESPs
- Experience with APIs programming (BigQuery, Google Analytics and vendor APIs)

- Curious business mentality with a drive for clear and concise actionable takeaways
- Employs advanced analytic skills and knowledge and creative ways of using data to impact business decisions and results
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with individuals at various levels
- Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
- Ability to work well independently, as well as effectively contribute to a team environment
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast paced, frequently changing environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop intuitive and informative data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders utilizing tools such as SQL, R or Python, MS Excel and MicroStrategy
- Analyze production datasets and extracts actionable insights using various statistical, financial, and analytical methodologies
- Build partnerships with channel owners, develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor the health of the programs and initiatives
- Surface opportunities within marketing technology and new or current vendor into marketing stack
- Implement and maintain tags/pixels according to digital governance plan
- Develop a thorough understanding of Academy's policies, procedures and safety rules
- Duties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements & Attendance
- Regular attendance required
- Up to 5% travel, as needed
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
- Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior
