The Senior Manager, Product Management is skilled and experienced to lead one or more product development team(s) for a component of an existing product or experience and is capable and experienced in new product development.They drive and elevate the short-term and long-term product vision. They are responsible for team backlog development and prioritization, maintaining integrity of features or components, and collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and other members of the team. They will also lead in the identification and socialization of team KPIs to achieve the defined OKRs. This individual shares accountability with the Engineering counterpart for the delivery of outcomes by the team

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, or related field. Previous experience in agile product development helpful
- 7+ years experience in software product management, with demonstrated success in building large-scale consumer facing products
- 5+ years experience with Contact Center Technologies
- Prior working experience with a software development team in an agile environment
- Ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity
- Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills
- Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
- General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
The typical pay range for this role is:$118,450.00 - $236,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
