This role will manage the implementation of technical solutions to advance the digital transformation of data transparency and automation. The Senior Manager partners with functional and technical resources throughout the organization (Data & Analytics Solutions, Intelligent Process Automation Lab, Cyber Security, etc.). The Senior Manager will identify automation opportunities and reengineer processes to improve automation potential. Additionally, this position will execute the strategic plan for growing and supporting the entire tax technology portfolio of products (Oracle Cloud ERP, Vertex, OneSource) and/or solutions by leveraging SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and industry best practices. The Tax Technology Senior Manager is responsible for partnering on the delivery of the center of excellence for intelligent automation initiative across Finance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Accounting, Finance or other related field,OR7 years of experience in programming and/ or maintenance and management in business environment.
• Experience with data base management systems and report writing/query software.
• Clear, concise oral and written communication.
• Project Management experience.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree in Business or Management Information Systems
• Tax functional experience such as insurance tax compliance, tax controversy, and tax planning.
• Experience with technical implementation of major ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP General Ledger, Accounts Payable) that impact tax
• Certifications in project management (PMP), Intelligent Automation (RPA), BI intelligence tools (Alteryx, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience implementing and/or supporting with tax specific software (Vertex, ONESOURCE, etc.) technology automation, tax data analytics, and robotics best practices
This role has the ability to be telecommuter but the suitable candidate should be within 250 miles of the posted locations.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $180,700.00
