Job Description
The Sr. Product Analyst, SAP GRC is an integral part of the SAP Service and Operation organization that reports directly to the Director GRC and is responsible for strategic and operational user security tasks within NBCU. The GRC Corporate Security Administrator exhibits sound generally accepted principled judgment in solution planning to guide team members and ensure compliance with established procedures. This role will contribute to lending guidance and direction to other team members and ensure the technical competency of the team is maintained.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Assist with the implementation and configuration of SAP GRC Access Control (AC) and Identity and Access Governance (IAG) modules.
• Design and implement role-based access controls (RBAC), firefighting, and segregation of duties (SoD) rules to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Commitment to upholding government and corporate security guidelines including Segregation of Duties (SoD), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Privacy related standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for GRC configuration.
• Recommend new SAP GRC features and functionality, security technologies, tools, and practices to improve the organization's risk and compliance posture.
• Develop and implement GRC strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and industry standards.
• Exposure to other GRC products like SAP IAG, SAP BIS, SAP Audit Management, and Process Controls.
• SAP GRC integration with SAP Analytics Cloud, Success Factors, SAP BTP, SAP HANA, Field Glass, AD, etc.
• Develop and maintain GRC workflows, including access request, approval, and review processes.
• Conduct detailed assessments of existing access controls and authorization processes to identify gaps and risks.
• Designs, develops and maintains the company's SAP user management and security architecture across multiple SAP environments in addition to providing solution recommendations
• Analyze & understand the current Roles and Access Restrictions from Audit stand-point and synchronize with existing GRC access management solution to provide a risk-free environment
• Maintaining, managing and monitoring compliance with the SAP IT Security framework; tracking Internal Security Control (ISC) gaps and exceptions for the global IT control environment
• Assist with the development and implementation of SAP security policies, processes, architecture, training, and communications.
• Identify security solutions, implement standards and best practices, proactively identify and remediate vulnerabilities
• Responsible for managing Security for SAP ERP, SAP BW, Fiori, Gateway, SAP S/4, SAP HANA Implementation in accordance with SAP Security Strategy and Administration/Troubleshooting the complex SAP Security Issues
• In partnership with solution architects and the business process owners, translate business requirements into the SAP Security design and maintenance of the SAP Security Roles in SAP Systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science with 12+ years' work experience as a SAP GRC and/or Security professional.
• Involvement with at least two full life cycle implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and verbal/written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• Must be a strategic thinker who is able to combine technical skills with overall business strategy
• Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously
• Security knowledge in Application Security (ABAP, HANA, JAVA...) and Infrastructure Security
• Strong knowledge of SAP Authorization Concept, segregation of duties, risk analysis, MSMP, AC, ARA etc
• Preferred with implementation experience of SAP security/GRC ( 3-5 lifecycle) with experience on SAP ECC, S4 Hana , GRC Access/Process Control 12
