Job Description

Sr. Product Validation Engineer - Automation Engineer

Job Requirements of the Automation Engineer:

- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
- 5+ years of industry experience.

- Familiarity with Redfish and IPMI
- Experience in programing language such as Python and/or familiarity with following would be a plus: Jenkins, DevOps, Git, Robot Framework, Selenium.
- Work with minimum supervision
- Ability to anticipate problems proactively and take appropriate actions to mitigate impact
- Good communication in both Chinese and English
- Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a rapidly-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes
- Good problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities of the Automation Engineer:
- Performs request sizing

- Prioritizes automation requests with guidance

- Mentors junior team members

- Focus on the development and maintenance of automation of the PV Test Cases
- Program required script and test-suite for the productivity
- Work closely with the TFs to understand the purpose of each test and to recommend changes to enable automation

- Coordinates work assignments for small automation group
- Research of technologies
