As a Senior Program Analyst at MedAlliance in Irvine, CA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of the SELUTION program. Working closely with Core Team Leaders and cross-functional colleagues, you will drive program excellence, maintain organization, and keep the project on track.

Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Create and maintain project Gantt charts, identifying critical paths and proposing solutions to address potential roadblocks.
2. Team Coordination: Help the Core Team Leader organize and facilitate core team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
3. Risk Management: Maintain a comprehensive risk register, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues that may impact project timelines and objectives.
4. Task Tracking: Monitor and track project tasks, ensuring that milestones are met and project objectives are achieved.
5. Budget Oversight: Keep a close eye on project expenses, helping to manage the project within budgetary constraints.
6. Documentation: Maintain the design history file, ensuring that all project documentation is accurate, complete, up-to-date, and compliant to company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• A college degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of FDA-mandated design controls (21 CFR 820).
• 5+ years of experience in a medical device or related field as a project analyst.
• A program management certification is a nice-to-have.

Pay / Compensation

The expected pre-tax pay rate for this position is $100,000 - $134,000 - $168,000

Actual pay may fluctuate outside of the range depending on skills, education, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
