POSITION SUMMARY: TheSr. Project Managerwill help lead a team of project managers and oversee a portfolio of high-impact projects across the organization. This role is responsible for setting standards, aligning resources, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery that supports company goals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and develop the Project Management team. • Oversee enterprise-wide project planning and execution across departments. • Establish and refine project management processes, tools, and reporting standards. • Collaborate with executive leadership to align project goals with business strategy. • Monitor budgets, timelines, risks, and performance metrics. • Champion continuous improvement and cross-functional communication. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification or MBA preferred. • 8+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project). • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
