Sr. Project Superintendent - Architectural Focus (San Diego)

Job Title:Sr. Project Superintendent-Architectural Focus City:San Diego State:CA JOB DESCRIPTION: • Work with project manager to ensure implementation of safety program, including integrating safety program into all site plans and procedures and adhering to all safety and record keeping requirements. • Supervise, direct, coach, train and mentor the project team including direct and indirect reports. • Communicate with own forces and trades and ensure that performance, productivity, quality and safety requirements are met. • Consistently collaborates with construction/project manager and project team. • Proactively manage potential problems, work interferences and schedule conflicts/setbacks. • Liaise between field engineers, estimators and subcontractors to ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications. • Liaise with client, other site contractors, union and labor relations, and site and office representatives. • Visualize an entire project, plan and create the complete project schedule, identify the critical path, and anticipate constructability issues. • Develop and implement Project Execution Plan (PEP) and resource-loaded three-week lookahead schedules. • Create, maintain, and execute the project plan and schedule, and ensure compliance with budget and quality. • Review and understand the contract and subcontracts and develop a plan that identifies and mitigates risks and maximizes opportunities to ensure that all financial targets, including budgets, forecasts, and profitability levels are met. • Maintain project administration correspondence and comply with documentation requirements. • Develop and maintain strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders. • Value and model the solution provider and profitability culture. The salary range for this position is estimated to be 177,000.00 - 220,000.00 USD annualized. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:Requires a High School Diploma and 10 years of experience in job offered or 10 years of experience in the Related Occupation RELATED OCCUPATION: Superintendent or any other job title performing all listed job duties.
