We are now looking for a Senior Specialist ,Component Development, to join our APAC PD & Innovation Team. location of the position will be in Johor Bahru factory.

What you will do

• Lead development projects as defined project manager to support market needs
• Support product development projects as defined component expert role
• Support product benchmarking study and product technology supporting to customer and end user projects
• Problem solving for product application internally or externally by leading product improvement projects or supporting continuous improvement tasks
• Lead product application and methodology development as per business needs
• Develop component (Chemical and Web material) competency

Who you are

• You have bachelor or master degree as Chemical Synthesis, Formulation or engineering.
• You have job experience with industry background from pressure sensitive adhesive, coating and Resin are preferred
• You have job experience with industry background from Label, Tape, Coating industry or Printing/Package material are preferred
• You have team Management experience
• You have project management skill especially NPD project handling
• You are able to convert market needs to product CTQs
• You have good communication skill
• You have good business insight
• You have good skill of Problem solving, Project planning and Decision making
• You have team work spirit and collaboration with stakeholders
• You are good in written and oral English
