Sr Systems Analyst

Sr Systems Analyst for Henry Schein One to report to our American Fork, UT HQ loc and may work remotely from any approved state location.
Optimize business practices through effective utilization of Domo, Salesforce & Gainsight platforms. Design, implement & optimize integrations between Domo, Salesforce & Gainsight to streamline data flow & enhance overall system efficiency.
Extract, transform, & analyze data from various sources.
Create visually appealing visuals, dashboards, & reports. Collaborate w/ stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs & deliver insights.
Optimize customer engagement strategies, improve retention rates & drive revenue expansion w/i organization. Use Domo-related initiatives to leverage the platform’s visualization & analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights & analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
Develop & maintain Domo dashboards, ensuring that key stakeholders have access to relevant & up-to-date info. Manage & customize Salesforce configurations to align w/ business processes.
Work w/ Sales, Marketing & customer success teams to enhance lead generation, opportunity mgmt & overall sales efficiency thru Gainsight CTA’s, Domo workflows, other analytics & automation.
Lead ongoing enhancement of Gainsight to maximize customer success initiatives & drive business growth. Utilize Gainsight features to monitor customer health, ID risks & implement strategies to drive customer retention & satisfaction.
Provide training to end-users on Domo & Gainsight functionalities. Offer ongoing support & troubleshooting to ensure smooth system operation.
Serve as project team lead as needed & assist w/ resolution of complex problems & issues.
May undergo background checks incl drug screen and reference checks. Wage: $127,046 to $153,597. Must have Bachelor’s in Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or rel field and 5 yrs rel customer success or account management exp. Also requires the following skills (5 yrs exp) in: Gainsight platform; (3 yrs exp) in: Salesforce platform; and (1 yr exp) in: Domo platform. Requires Administration Certifications: Domo and Gainsight. Skills will be measured through passage of technical screen or interview.
