Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage financial reporting, oversee month-end close processes, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a proven track record in financial analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable  
• Oversee the month-end close process 
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting 
• Reconcile inventory subledger to the accounting system 
• Review and post inventory entries for the month 
• Calculate manufacturing cost of goods sold 
• Assist with the cash management 
• Coordinate the annual audit and other audit requests 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting  
• Experience in accounting for inventory for a manufacturing company is a plus 
• Experience in monthly closing process is a must 
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the accounting cycle 
• 6+ years of accounting experience is required
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) 
• Team player eager to work in a dynamic work environment
