Job Summary

The Sr. Accountant will manage the order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay process to ensure quality, accurate completion, and sales reconciliation. They will be collaborating with other departments and contributing to the attainment of the organization's objectives. In addition to routine tasks, the role involves preparing ad-hoc reports and identifying areas for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the OTC (Order-to-Cash) and P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) process.
• Oversee sales and inventory reconciliation monthly.
• Review and analyze open item management and AR analysis
• Allocate commission and entry input.
• Support entry related to sales returns, points, bonuses, and inventory.
• Support the annual cost roll, analysis, and cost update in ERP.
• Manage monthly closing and BS accounts reconciliation on time.
• Handle financial statement report.
• Support the Sales tax, corporate tax, and external audit by preparing various financial materials.
• Troubleshoot problems in detail and work through solutions.
• Carry out other special assignments as needed

Requirements

• 7+ years of accounting experience.
• Growth mindset, teamwork, excellent communication, commitment, and working experience in companies’ high standards in the finance process.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Proficient users of ERP, Power Excel, and PPT.
• Basic knowledge of general ledger accounting and taxation.
• Work from the Mahwah office for at least four days each week.
