Sr. Associate, Product Operations Training

Position Description

Eleanor Health is currently recruiting for a key member of our team. We are looking for a Senior Associate, Product Operations Training to join our growing Product team. The Product Operations Training Senior Associate will be spearheading a brand new training and certification program. They will create and facilitate in-person and webinar-based training programs for providers and clinic staff. These training sessions set up our clinics for success in using our proprietary internal platform and athenahealth EHR system.

This position would be an internal champion of Eleanor Best Practice workflows. In addition, the Product Operations Training Senior Associate will serve as a workflow expert resource to his or her colleagues and will support as a front-line resource for issues management.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new training and certification program for our internal platforms and athenaHealth EHR system
• Delivers onboarding training to physicians, providers, and clinic staff on Eleanor's processes, EHR software, and proprietary Eleanor Health tools
• Develop new continuing education program and delivers training to physicians, providers, and office staff focused on efficiency, delegation, and care management initiatives
• Works collaboratively with other members of the Clinical Training team to assist in developing and maintaining the training program
• Participates in designing and developing workflow enhancements that align with best practices and Eleanor programs
• Provides training materials for adoption of releases for our internal platforms and athenaHealth EHR system
• Supports as a first-line response for EHR and internal tooling issue triage and resolution
• Works collaboratively with other client-facing teams to provide excellent training to clinics and staff
• Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Eleanor’s platform(s) 
• Ability to travel as needed for in-person training and support

Minimum Qualifications: 

• At least 3-4 years of healthcare experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Athenahealth software.
• Knowledgeable about extended medical terminology. 
• Must demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with a variety of personnel within teams and across organizational lines. 
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 2-3 years experience with EHR training, EHR implementation, and/or certification as a Super User within an EHR
• Demonstrated experience in development and editing of instructional material
• Knowledge of behavioral health or value-based care programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
