"Senior Associate" with Minimum 8+ Years of Strong technical experience

Resource should have knowledge on ITIL terminologies and practices mainly on key areas such as: Incident management Service management Problem management and Change management.

Responsible for Application Availability monitoring.

Responsible for Nightly job monitoring.

Resource should have analytical skills to perform root cause analysis on incident raised by Business Users.

Resource should be capable to handle minor enhancements/bug fixes and should have experience in following SDLC lifecycle while handling such minor enhancements.

Resource should have good communication skills and should be ready to grasp domain and application knowledge quickly.

Resource should have problem solving capability and should be articulate in communicating with third parties upstream and downstream to address the Business priority issues.

Responsibility:

Stakeholder Management

Ensure management reports are circulated to the relevant stakeholders as per agreed timelines.

Service Management:

Act as the Single Point of Contact for Delivery for the project.

Responsible for End-to-End Service Delivery for the portfolio / LOB being managed.

Service Tracking:

Define development, quality and NFR related metrics (In agreement with Client).

Knowledge Management:

Liaise with Academy for project level training needs and ensure training plans are made available based on skillset needs.

People Management:

Drive performance management process (goal setting, appraisals and promotions) for the project (Portfolio / LOB).

Contribution to Org Initiatives:

Adhere to Organization policies and procedures.

Participate in Customer round table discussions/floor visits and share project experience.
