In Growth Engineering, our goal is to increase the number of transacting customers while growing their frequency and lifetime value. We build core platforms and services that power Coupang's growth. Various platforms under our portfolio include Search Advertising Platform, Affiliate Platform, Display Targeting & Re-targeting Platform, CRM, Audience Platform, Push Marketing Platform, and other core marketing services for landing, tracking, personalization & attribution. We leverage big data, NoSQL, analytics, real-time processing and Machine Learning to build mission-critical and highly scalable services that are reliable 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and build scalable systems that will have a direct impact on customer acquisition, experience, conversion and retention
• Take full ownership of the product end to end using DevOps practices
• Establish and execute short and long-term architectural roadmaps for the business
• Drive continuous improvement to the efficiency and flexibility of the platform and services while keeping high bar for customer trust, performance and availability 

Essential Qualifications 

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in Java related technologies
• Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm, problem solving and complexity analysis
• Experience with distributed computing and scalable enterprise systems
• Comfortable working in an agile fast paced startup-like environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketing/Advertisement business system development experience is a big plus
• Demonstrates broad knowledge of technical solutions, design patterns, and code for medium/complex applications deployed in big data area - Hadoop, Spark, etc.
• Experience with Kafka, Hive
• Proficiency in Spring framework
• Good verbal and written English skills are big plus

자격 요건

• 소프트웨어 개발 경력 5� 이상 보유, Java 관련 기술 경력 보유자 우대
• 객체 지향형 디자인, 데이터 구조, 알고리즘, 문제 해결 및 복잡도 분석에 대한 탄탄한 기본 지식
• 분산 컴퓨� 및 확장가능한 엔터프라이즈 시스�에 대한 경험
• 스타트�과 같이 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 안정적으로 작�하는 능력
• 컴퓨터 공학 또는 유관 분야 학사 학위

우대 사항

• 마케�/광고 비즈니스 시스� 개발 경험 우대
