As a Senior Coordinator Customer Service, you will act as liaison between third party warehousing and distribution companies and Nestle Purina associates for warehousing, kitting, and distribution of NPPC items. You will work with internal customers to create, update and order form numbered and other printed items.
• Manages the partnership between third-party warehousing & distribution companies and NPPC by maintaining accurate system data, running reports, working with exceptions/problems• Receives, processes, and reconciles monthly invoices from third-party warehouse• Works with internal customers to create and/or update form numbered and other printed items• Orchestrates the donation of leftover material and pet products to shelters and other local organizations• Coordinates Print Services' yearly physical inventory/cycle counts• Assists with production as needed (finishes wide format, makes deliveries, etc.)• Receives items into inventory management system
Requirements• High school diploma or equivalent• 2+ years' experience working in a customer service-related position• 2+ years' experience working in a role dealing with inventory management• 1+ year experience in printing environment OR graphic arts related position
Other• Bachelor's degree in Communications or Graphic Design is preferred
