The Marketing Department:
The Marketing department serves as a primary growth engine for all of PracticeTek’s business verticals. We are the fuel that drives customer acquisition, conversion and retention through increasing brand awareness and promoting PracticeTek’s products and services. We are the face and voice that represents PracticeTek and its brands. We care as much about our team as we do about our products. The Career Opportunity:
We are seeking an innovative Sr. Creative Manager to plan and oversee the creation of assets to help implement our marketing strategies across all available channels. You will manage a team of copywriting and graphic design specialists to execute on the creative vision set forth by you, the Channel Marketing Manager and the vertical teams.
To ensure success as a Sr. Creative Manager, you should demonstrate extensive knowledge of strategies and experience in a related industry. An outstanding Creative Director manager will be someone whose expertise results in optimized marketing strategies and increased profitability.
The position is based in San Diego, CA with an in office schedule of 3 days per week.Â
Areas of Accountability:
- Lead a team of creatives (copywriters and designers) to develop highly effective marketing campaigns through A/B variants and evaluating results.
- Ensure best practices are followed for all channels.
- Develop brand concepts and establish guidelines for all brands in the portfolio.
- Develop templates and a library of assets that can be used by channel marketers.
- Develop high converting concepts for campaigns and lead team to deliver associated assets pitching in with hands on contributions when needed.
- Manage production schedule for creative team and work with Director of Marketing Operations to prioritize work.
- Deliver high quality creative work on time.
Competencies for Success:
- 3+ years Creative Direction experience
- 3+ Design and Copywriting experience
- Ability to work with internal customers to understand their needs and bring them to life through visual design and messaging.
- Collaborate with both in-person and remote colleagues
- Ability to effectively lead a hybrid team
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and creative
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to systematize repetitive tasks and create tools and assets that empower marketers and salespeople that are on brand.
- Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Hubspot experience (a plus)
- Webflow experience (a plus)
- SaaS experience (a plus)
At PracticeTek we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between $60,150 - $120,000 for this position.
