General Purpose and Scope of Position:
The Sr. Developer's role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. Sr. Developer will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Required Technical and Professional Experience:
- Minimum 8 years development experience on multiple platforms (.NET, C#, Web API or SDK, OData, HTML5, CSS, React)
- 5+ years working in Microsoft Power Apps platform, including Dynamics 365 (Sales), Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- 5+ years working with data connections, formulas, and expressions within Power Apps
- 5+ years working with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology, CI/CD pipelines, and experience with Azure DevOps
Additional Desirable Skills:
- 3+ years working with PowerApps integration with Azure API Apps, Azure Logic apps, Azure Functions, and REST services
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls
- 3+ years developing Power BI reports and dashboards
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600) certification

Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:
- Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures and collaborate with other developers and business analysts in developing new software programs and applications
- Participate in all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including requirements gathering, analysis, design, programming, testing, maintenance, documentation, and troubleshooting/resolution
- Define, develop, code, translate, test, analyze, and maintain new software programs and applications in support of business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specs
- Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems
- Other duties as assigned by the Development Manager
Compensation and Benefits:
- In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $83,700 to $117,230. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for commission, vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits.
