What we are looking for: 

We are looking for a Sr. Director of Paid Media to lead our paid media efforts, help build out our team, and enhance our strategy.  For our channels that are working today we want someone to come in and 10x them, while also looking for new opportunities that drive growth.  Specifically, this person will be responsible for overseeing our existing channels, defining new channels to drive qualified user growth, and effectively allocating budget across them.  We are looking for a team player who can lead the team and also roll up their sleeves to be hands on keyboard when needed.

What you'll be responsible for: 

  • Develop a full-funnel acquisition strategy that drives awareness, consideration and conversion to NOCD Therapy; this includes setting KPIs, tactics, and understanding of how multiple channels tie together to achieve full-funnel goals 
  • Bring expertise across a breadth of digital and non-digital marketing and advertising channels and understand how they come together to drive business objectives 
  • Oversee management of existing media acquisition channels including: paid social, programmatic (display and video), influencer, TV, streaming/OTT, OOH, podcasts, and partnerships and identify new acquisition opportunities and channels 
  • Lead, manage and mentor the acquisition team from day-to-day communication and execution to long term professional career development
  • Foster a culture of continuous optimization by developing and implementing a strong framework for testing
  • Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting and running daily / weekly analysis of attribution and performance levers
  • Communicate with NOCD Leadership Team to provide visibility on the acquisition strategy and performance; plus ensure it aligns with broader company strategy 
  • Ability to be hand on keyboard when needed; this might be to guide the team or to ensure we launch campaigns quickly  
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure we are following best practices, capitalizing on new opportunities, etc. 
  • Work in an agile and collaborative environment, managing both an internal team and relevant partners 

Qualification

  • 10+ years of relevant experience 
  • Direct experience managing large budgets across a wide spectrum of digital media with a proven track record of driving strong ROI
  • Familiarity with different attribution methodologies and measurement approaches
  • Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities, combined with the ability to execute at a tactical level maintaining a revenue-driving end goal and metrics oriented, analytical approach to all efforts
  • Experience in managing and building teams to drive success 
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills with a proven ability to manage and lead both internal team and agency partners
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present to executives 
  • Consistently prioritize innovation, actively staying on top of the quickly evolving digital landscape
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environments and pivot quickly to ensure business objectives are met
