About the Role
Workday is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our General Manager (GM) of the HiredScore team to deliver the most impact to Workday, HiredScore, and the future of work. In this role, you will be a strategic thinker/partner and will assume a wide range of responsibilities, all of which will require ingenuity, innovation, and integrity. Using your excellent interpersonal skills, decision making skills and multitasking abilities, you will effectively work with the GM and other key leadership members of the GM’s team to provide insight, guidance, and direction when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities

Regularly make decisions on behalf of the GM and creatively completes events, projects, and daily work, including leading the GM’s daily schedule in Outlook and communicating across internal and external customers.

Proactively helps manage and develop plans that align with the GM’s key objectives, vision and priorities both internally and externally.

Prepares reports/briefs, where required, for the GM to support them with key internal & external meetings.

Plan, coordinate and collaborate on special projects and team events/offsites to ensure success and drive an effective integration between newly-acquired HiredScore + Workday, including the management of all meeting details (meeting logistics, preparing agendas, initiating presentations, attendee updates, and ordering catering).

Ability to orchestrate events with limited to no direction. Includes advising on budget, logistics & securing resources, supporting drafting success outcomes and a thoughtful agenda that delivers a VIP experience and generates a memorable and meaningful experience.

Build relationships and partnerships which are crucial to the success of the GM and the organization, both internally and externally, including with workmates, clients, partners, vendors, prospects, thought-leaders.

Learns the GMs team over time and has a pulse on team culture and sense of purpose. Readily available to the team and is included in leadership meetings, GM’s strategy, and decisions.

Booking and managing all travel arrangements for the GM (air, hotel, ground travel) including sophisticated planning of meeting complex agendas and logistics, as well as building and sharing the detailed itineraries for travel and continued evolution as opportunities or conflicts arise.

Process expense reports of the GM and help to ensure spend is within budget by supervising and predicting spend and collaborating across teams.

We are open to hiring at either an Executive Assistant or a Senior Executive Assistant level, depending on experience and demonstrated ability of the selected candidate.

Exceptional decision making skills with the ability to demonstrate critical thinking

Ability to put yourself in the GM’s shoes to manage their schedule in a way that promotes the most effective use of time.

Detail oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with little to no direction and guidance when needed.

Ability to re-prioritize at a moment’s notice with the changing needs of the GM and proactively navigate past roadblocks as they arise.

Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion, sound judgement, and has the utmost integrity.

Written and verbal communication skills that align with the level of this roleÂ

Excellent skills working with office applications including Outlook, Google Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom.

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
