The Senior Financial Analyst, Regional Sales position requires daily management of multiple planning and analysis applications that help ensure financial transparency to executive management. This person will work alongside assigned departments, global teams and with all organization levels to deliver insights and solutions to complex projects. A key element of this role will be to build cross departmental relationships to aid in the planning, reporting and analysis of expenditures across Red Bull North America.

Job Description
GENERALÂ
Serve as finance business partner to assigned department(s).
Understand goals of key stakeholders and provide support in a finance capacity to achieve KPIs and business deliverablesÂ
Identify and manage against all financial risks and opportunities; equip management with the tools necessary to make financially savvy decisionsÂ
Advocate the organization’s P&L targets across all business stakeholdersÂ
MONTH END CLOSINGÂ
Verify the proper cut-off and the appropriate expense recognition; coordinate gathering and posting of accruals from business partners and communicate with the accounting team
Own month-end-close process from beginning to end and adhere to monthly closing calendar deliverables
Ensure the reconciliation of systems (SAP/BI/Hyperion).Â
Review overall national marketing actuals to ensure field FI compliance to controlling guidelines.Â
REPORTING & ANALYSISÂ
Generate and maintain monthly financials reporting for business partners; deliver meaningful insights to help understand the status of the business and the path forwardÂ
Produce ad hoc analysis and financial models that deliver recommendations for RBNAs leadership teams and key stakeholdersÂ
Provide cost center and headcount reporting in addition to marketing financialsÂ
PLANNING & FORECASTINGÂ
Coordinate the Business Plan/Revised Estimate data collection and data entry into web-based systems.Â
Create templates for annual Business Planning and revised estimatesÂ
Manage against timelines and input needed during the budget process.Â
Support and challenge the budget owners during the planning process.Â
Prepare year-to-go best estimates.Â
BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPÂ
Work closely with the various business partners with a service mentality
Coordinate phasing and deviations to plan not only in the revision cycles but on a day-to-day basisÂ
Evaluate new product developments and their impact on financialsÂ
PROCESS CREATION/FINANCE PROJECTSÂ
Create processes to improve cost controlling and transparency into the businessÂ
Assist in creating metrics/analytics to measure the success of marketing activity
Assist with global financial initiatives to improve overall cost controlling (e.g. controlling guidelines, C4C integration, etc.)Â
Maintain and improve finance hierarchies and management of systemsÂ
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in finance or related field from an accredited college or university preferredÂ
3+ years work experience as a financial analyst, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry.Â
Ability to operate independently in a matrix environment.Â
Strong Accounting background.Â
Strong communication skills; ability to interact with and persuasively present financial issues to all levels of management.Â
Strongly analytical and adept at identifying trends and variances.Â
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information
The base salary range for this position is $85,600-$128,400+ cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
