The Intelligence and Homeland Security Group of Leidos is seeking a Sr. HRIS Data Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD.

An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance up front is required to be considered for this position (no sponsorship opportunity). The candidate will support Government staff in the following:

• Manages and conducts data analysis and standardization

• Develops data models for analysis

• Extracts data and develop reports as needed for EEO leadership

• Collaborate with EEO Lead and analysts to present and communicate reports and visualizations to leadership

• Collaborates with technical developers to enhance ETK EEO, if needed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

• Interfaces: DNI (HC, HRM, DEl), NARSIL Task 4, 7, and DEIA Lead

• Processes/Activities:  Manage HR data, conduct analysis

• Tools: MS Office, ETK EEO, COTS Data tools, Tableau, SQL

Basic Qualifications:

• Requires BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.

• TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required

Pay Range:Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
