As a Sr. IT Business Systems Analyst, you will oversee the bond between the Informational Technology and Business stakeholders within the company. As part of the team within Local Purina BRM organization, you will ensure a deep understanding of opportunities and issues facing business functions and advises on the best options for success. You'll bridge the gap between Nestle's standards and requirements for Cloud solutions and the business' needs. Lastly, you'll translate business strategies, opportunities, threats, and needs into key roles in understanding how to meet the Nestle Global Compliance requirements.

  • Coach, motivate, and direct staff belonging to various teams within the organization to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with business (or stakeholder) objectives and the Global Compliance.
  • Accountable for the identification of security and compliance requirements, including ongoing compliance-related activities the business will be responsible for.
  • Identify the appropriate applications to meet business requirements.
  • Understanding of web development tools.
  • Provides specialist consultancy, guidance, and support in specific technologies based on subject expertise.
  • Secures that program development, logic, process flows, and specifications are analyzed and documented.
  • Oversees the education and requirements to the receivers and support teams.
  • Supports the analysis and resolution of solution gaps.
  • Partners with business and IT to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, pain points, or opportunities into IT requirements.
  • Partners with the BRM to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders.
  • Consults with Product Group teams and proposes alternative solutions. Oversees the advisory on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and product priorities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related discipline or 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Business systems analyst or in Project management with an understanding of how to gather and communicate requirements for computing infrastructures and manage IT infrastructure projects

OTHER

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) is preferred.
  • Experience in the following solutions: APM, Archer is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic concepts such as Cloud, technical standards, architecture, etc. is preferred.
