As the Sr. IT Manager, Business Relationship Management for Nestle Purina's Supply Chain function, you'll collaborate with Purina business partners on capability strategy and associated business value results for Purina in the Supply Chain areas of Warehouse Management, Transportation, EDI integration, and Demand/Supply Planning. You will interface with the regional and global IT teams and champion IT strategy that is aligned with Purina's business strategy, to ensure that the IT roadmap and associated product/project portfolio maximizes investment and value realization. This will be achieved by stimulating, surfacing, and shaping demand for Supply Chain IT capabilities and assets, in addition to ensuring that the potential business value from those capabilities and assets are captured, optimized, and recognized. In addition, you'll act as a technology advisor and thought leader to the Supply Chain function to identify and drive digital innovation-based solutions.

• Envisions, co-develops, and articulates the overall Purina Supply Chain digital vision and strategy
• Owns the IT Roadmap and associated portfolio for Supply Chain and has accountability for its correspondent value delivery
• Collaborates with global IT leaders and product groups to ensure understanding of the Purina business strategy, goals, and context to properly incorporate those into the global and regional product roadmaps
• Drives ideation and innovation to help determine how emerging technology can help with business challenges and opportunities
• Builds and inspires an innovation culture - brings outside in (i.e., ideation workshops, peer to peer, innovation networking, industry events)
• Helps drive stable and reliable IT operations by participating in the resolution and escalation of critical production IT incidents, supporting follow-up on root cause analysis, and conveying the business impact of IT disruptions to the broader IT organization by participating in "resilience" initiatives

Requirements

• 8+ years of combined experience in Information Technology and Business
• 3+ years of experience leading the creation and management of IT products/solutions within multiple Supply Chain domains (ie: Warehousing, Transportation, Demand & Supply Planning)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
