Summary of Role: The Sr. Manager of Finance Transformation will be responsible for managing large scale transformation projects to drive improvements across the finance function, including rationalizing and harmonizing financial systems. This role will work with the cross-functional finance and IT teams to design and optimize processes and oversee day-to-day project management activities and support the business in functional design sessions.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee finance transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to set project objectives.
• Support the business in functional design sessions for finance with an understanding on SAP tools.
• Review functional design documents and configuration rationales for SAP S/4 Hana with a business lens to understand their impact to the business.
• Work on streamlining and harmonizing financial systems within the organization, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, reducing redundancy, and improving data integration.
• Support the organization in adapting to changes brought about by finance transformation initiatives. This includes helping to create change management plans and strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
• Proven ability to optimize finance processes and drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide status updates and materials to the executive leadership team and other members of C-suite regularly on status of various transformation initiatives.

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Education - Bachelors degree in Finance and/or Information systems or related field.
• Experience - Minimum Years in 10 years of experience
• ERP implementation experience or other large and complex transformation programs
• Extensive expertise in implementing and integrating finance systems to streamline workflows and support strategic decision-making.
• Proficient in leading and mentoring high-performing teams to deliver results and achieve organizational goals.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing finance operating models to standardize processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Understand of finance processes such as RTR, PTP, OTC
• In-depth understanding of SAP tools to actively contribute to design sessions for finance initiatives, integrating SAP solutions effectively.
• Proven track record of success in senior finance management roles, with a focus on transformation and optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in finance and technology.
• Strong project management skills, including developing and managing project plans.
• Proficiency in creating and using tools like journey maps, business cases, and milestone charts to support the organization's finance transformation vision.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to drive change and innovation.

• Travel - Up to 10%
• Fluency in English Language - written & verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education - Master's Degree in Finance or Information Systems
• Experience - 13 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Expected Salary Range

$116,200.00 - $239,500.00
