Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Professional Services is responsible for directing and motivating Consultants through the coordination and execution of project activities during implementation and training of software. Ensure project success, satisfaction of contractual obligations, and transition of clients to a post-implementation customer support program during the professional services engagement. Responding timely and resolving customer cases that have escalated priority.  Â
A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Ensures Consultants complete projects in timely manner.Â
- Motivates team of Consultants.
- Implements initiatives and processes to improve all aspects of Technical Service Delivery.
- Facilitates resolution of escalated cases, bringing in necessary resources from other departments if necessary.
- Ensures Customer Care Technical Analysts maintain SLOs and deliver quality support.
- Responsible for recruitment, selection, hiring, compensation management, and performance management of direct reports.
- Maintains client satisfaction with services provided by Consultants.Â
Do you have what it takes?
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degreeÂ
- 8+ years’ experience in technical project implementation and/or customer supportÂ
- Excellent leadership, employee development, coaching skills
- Able to travel up to 50%, additional travel may be required depending on customer needsÂ
Do you stand above the rest?
Preferred Experience: Â
- Master’s degree Â
- Experience in healthcare supportÂ
- Experience with medical billing and insuranceÂ
 Additional Requirements:  Â
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (laptop)Â
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations Â
