Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain ongoing performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive key business decisions

• Perform deep dive analysis of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership

• Identify, develop & optimize growth channels to drive revenue growth

• Analyze marketing/ Sales data and users’ feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to decision making future marketing strategies

• Experiment with new ideas and investigate results for the better potentiality of Growth and t achieve targets through different channels

• Provide inputs & expertise to drive efficiency of different business activities

• Work closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present result

• Leverage existing tools to improve back-end data sources for increased accuracy and simplicity

• Establish reporting standards and engage data engineering to deliver automated solutions, where possible (this is based on resources and MIS we have)

• Simplify and automate reporting and other data-driven activities; build solutions to have maximum scale and self-service ability by stakeholders.​​​​​​​

Qualifications

• Strong analytical background with hands-on experience 

• Strong service orientation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical mindset.

• Proficiency and demonstrated experience in SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau

• strong problem-solving, decision-making skills, and data-driven approach.
