Sr. Manager/Director - Public Policy

Corporate Affairs@Dream Sports:

The Corporate Affairs team at Dream Sports includes the legal, public policy, government relations and policy communications functions. The Government Affairs team is responsible for supporting the Dream Sports group companies in regulatory compliance and advocacy across various departments in the Central and State Governments including various industry bodies and forums.

Your Role:

• Build brand, goodwill and capital for the Dream Sports group with political, regulatory and public policy stakeholders
• Developing policy briefs/ white papers/ market intelligence reports on policy issues that highlight data oriented analysis and executing published and authored papers/articles with third party experts
• Execute deliverables for key strategic projects including strategies for portfolio companies
• Drive collaboration among various functions and partners to achieve policy and business objectives
• Create advocacy tools and campaigns based on data and business requirements
• Strong understanding of company priorities and objectives including its external positioning
• Build and consolidate relationships with industry stakeholders and key government stakeholders at both federal and state level; 

Qualifiers:

• 7+ years of professional experience with at least 4+ years of experience in public policy, think tanks, law firms, government or other relevant areas
• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration or relevant fields
• Prior experience working in the field of technology policy and/or online gaming and/or sports and/or government relations, especially in government or a leading technology company, will be preferred
• Strong understanding of policy issues relating to emerging tech and/or online gaming
