About The Role

You possess that rare blend of interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills. In this role, you will work with members of the application design team, as well as our engineering and marketing groups. You should have a passion for usability, an eye for visual consistency, and a knack for reducing the complex to the bare essentials.


You are a driven, creative thinker with the perfect balance of skills to drive the project forward. As a Senior Designer, you are able to harness the creative energy of a creative team towards the end goal. You have experience with shepherding designs from initial ideation, through rapid iteration, to pixel-perfect implementation.


You should have a passion for usability, an eye for visual consistency, and the ability to synthesize complexity into its essential parts. You are an effective diplomat with strong communication and organization skills who is willing to advocate for the design position in the face of senior balancing points from product management, marketing and engineering leadership. “World-class” is the bar and you have the desire to take us there!

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and prioritize usage scenarios through customer research and competitive analysis
  • Analyze user feedback and activity to develop personas
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, and screen flows
  • Design functional prototypes to prove out interaction models
  • Work with engineering and product management to drive shared vision and execution of
  • product plans
  • Deliver a UX vision, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates, that actualize the larger
  • vision over time

Your Background

  • Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles
  • Understanding of rapid prototyping approaches (Figma, HTML 5, InVision)
  • Ability to deliver strong work on tight schedules
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent collaborative skills
  • Comfortable working in a loosely structured organization

Base salary range: $140,000 - $209,000 Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.


The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
