About the Role

This role is highly visible and is crucial in ensuring that we execute at a high level across every facet of product management, development, and operations.
This role will be located onsite at our Burlingame, CA headquarters (hybrid; 1-2 days per week in-office).

- Define and deliver tools that empower our Go to Market teams, and enable our customers and partners to effectively explore and implement Lyra’s solution
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to identify pain points and define strategies to drive platform scalability
- Own product roadmap by gathering input, evaluating opportunities, and prioritizing features according to our business goals
- Drive excellent product development experience for the product/design/engineering team by writing concise documentation and engineering tickets, supporting the design process, running team rituals, and coordinating successful releases
- Track overall program metrics and effectively report out on program health to executive audiences
- Collaborate with Go to Market and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from product development to product launch and customer onboarding, and receiving feedback to further drive the product roadmap
- Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives and associated goals
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and optimizing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product management, or a related role in a software development environment
- Demonstrated experience fostering a strong partnership with enterprise sales and customer success teams to meet customer needs
- Prior experience driving platform products and partner integrations
- Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and apply structure to ambiguous situations
- Strong quantitative analytical skills and ability to think strategically and tactically to solve problems and drive results while operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Curiosity and passion to learn more about your users, our market, our product, the competitive landscape, and much more
- Demonstrated leadership and strong, proactive ownership over one’s area of responsibility; has an innate sense of accountability, attention to detail, and an execution-oriented mindset
- Experience working with platform product teams, scaling solutions across the business and other product teams
- Experience defining and shipping 0-1 features
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
