Sr. Product Manager - Integrity

As part of the Product Integrity team, you will help develop and lead the product roadmap focused on innovative AI solutions, safety strategies and features that help protect Stability AI and our customers from bad actors who attempt to misuse AI.  This is a cross-functional role that collaborates closely with engineers, researchers, GTM, legal and other teams throughout the company as well as industry groups globally.   The right candidate is passionate about open source technology and ensuring that new and innovative technology is not misused to cause harm.   You must have a solid understanding of various AI and ML products and technologies, have experience leading complex product initiatives, preferably in a B2B market and a track record for delivering value for customers.  You must be comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast changing environment and having the ability to prioritize and execute fast.  

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate closely with teams across the company to drive Integrity related product and feature integration across the entire product portfolio.
• Engage with customers, develop insights into what is possible, and identify innovative solutions to solve for AI misuse related harms..
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that clearly defines key milestones and release timelines, define product specifications, user stories, mockups, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead vision, strategy, roadmap and execution of breakthrough technologies that leverage the latest AI capabilities to solve real-world problems
• Effectively manage multiple projects and team schedules
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to our products, systems and data. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
• 5+ years of proven success in product management.
• Familiarity with generative AI products and services and machine learning.
• Analytical thinking skills and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate sophisticated technical products and features into simple concepts and presentations.
• Experience delivering compelling products with tangible results of customer value, adoption, consumption leading to business growth
• Understanding of responsible AI practices, AI misuse related harms and potential safeguards.  Experience leading product risk, integrity or trust and safety product initiatives preferred. 
• Strong bias for action, creative thinking, innovation, and data-informed product decision-making.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure and agile software development
• Passion for solving interesting technical problems and building enterprise products.
