The role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join Fusion92's Project Management team to manage the organization of a key client's projects. Responsibilities are detailed below and include delivering projects on time and within budget/scope while navigating complex internal and client org charts. Candidate should have strong business skills and extensive experience within digital technology, solutions architecture, budgeting and resourcing.

This role can be remote in one of our main hubs in Denver, Austin or remote flexible nearby our Chicago or Detroit offices.
* While our offices are currently open, daily in-office attendance is not required.
What you'll do

• Manage the day-to-day functions of the projects by collaborating with team leads from various departments within both Fusion92 and the Client Organization
• Partner with the Product Owner, Business Analyst and Account Director in overseeing projects
• Coordinate internal resources, contractors/freelancers, and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects establishing and maintaining relationships with all parties
• Ensure that all tasks are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, assisting in creation of statement of works
• Own the organization and execution of workshops and recurring meetings, from agendas and scheduling through tracking and administering to completion
• Maintain detailed and complex project plans to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure and communicate project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, where appropriate, in partnership with the Account Director and team
• Perform risk management to proactively minimize delays to schedule, budget concerns or other foreseeable challenges
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Report and escalate opportunities or concerns to management as needed

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• 7-9 years of experience as a Project Manager or Producer with agency experience is a plus
• Experience working with a Fortune 100 client team across all disciplines, including technology, development, dev-ops, creative and strategy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in working with multifaceted teams, understanding and translating the dioloue between diverse topics and Subject Matter Experts
• Proven understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings
• Demonstrated ability to inspire teamwork and take a leadership role
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, ability to multitask and succinct but complete notetaking and follow-up
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products including SharePoint, Teams, Excel and Word
• Experience working with JIRA, Netsuite/OpenAir, Smartsheet, 10,000 Feet or similar PM tools
• CAPM / PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus

The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $60,000 to $85,000. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, years of experience, education, internal pay structure, and other contributing factors.
