HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Sr. Project Manager will report to the Managing Director, Business Effectiveness. In this role, the Sr. Project Manager will lead and assist with the daily management of the identified enterprise priorities that have been approved and budgeted by the ELT, including acquisition integration. This role will work across the enterprise with the various priority owners and project leads to ensure alignment, coordination and that milestones are being met. This role will interface with several senior- and executive-level business and technical partners and must develop strong working relationships with all resources to ensure successful execution. This position requires the ability to understand and help envision how these priorities align with enterprise strategy while maintaining an acute eye on execution fundamentals.

• Be able to track, monitor, and report on realized project value, spend, and status at a summary level that will be provided to the ELT on re-curing cycle
• Participate in the evaluation and project prioritization process, including the review of business cases, cost/benefit analysis, ROI, and related materials
• Monitor appropriate controls and governance structures to ensure on time, on budget, and quality delivery of enterprise projects
• Create, maintain, and manage the review and approval of standard project documentation including, but not limited to: Charters, Scope, Technical Requirements and Specifications, KPIs, Risks, Issues and Dependencies
• Distill detailed project content to consumable, executive level reporting
• Drive awareness where opportunities to change impact financial investments, and influence decision making
• Ensure rigor and adherence to governance across the organization
• Holistic issue resolution with full stakeholder engagement
• Other duties as assigned

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field
• 7 + years of applicable experience
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
• Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
• An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
• Strong collaboration skills
• A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
