Sr. Salesforce Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud to join our remote team in the Philippines.

This role involves developing and optimizing Salesforce solutions for business needs working with Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrations deployments and both backend and frontend development. The developer will participate in agile ceremonies stakeholder engagement and technical planning while ensuring high-quality code performance optimization and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

While Service Cloud expertise is required experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) is highly desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you'll get to

• administer configure customized custom development in Salesforce.com (Sales Service & Marketing Clouds)

• develop Apex (classes and triggers) Visualforce* (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements

• custom User Interface development including Visualforce* pages/Lightning pages Aura Components** and Lightning Web Components

• take ownership of deployments and release cycles to implement and deploy new features and updates to existing applications and code

• collaborate with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business

• test (unit & systems) debug have UAT coordination

• contribute to technical documentation.

• participate communicate and contribute to project planning requirements elicitation system design and team meetings with both the client and Onshore / Offshore team members

• perform other duties and tasks that though not documented here are aligned with this role as it grows and evolves

REQUIREMENTS

On day one we'll expect you to...

• have a BS/MS degree in IT Computer Science Business or a Technical Discipline or equivalent experience

• have 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or at least 2 years as a Lead/Senior Salesforce Developer

• have strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud

• be proficient in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce SOQL/SOSL

• have experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows Process Builder and Validation Rules

• have hands-on experience with API integrations including REST and SOAP and middleware solutions

• have a solid understanding of Salesforce security roles profiles and permissions

• have experience with Salesforce deployments version control and release management procedures

• have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently

• have strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and business requirement discussions

• have the ability to work independently and collaborate within an agile team

• have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties

• be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer

• be willing to work in 6:00 AM AEST (Sydney) | 9-hour shift

• be a current resident of the Philippines and legally perform work from there

• be willing to take on a full-time contract-based position

• Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for Salesforce deployments

• Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities)

• Prior experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
