Knowde is looking to add an immensely talented Sr. Visual Designer to our Creative team! In this role, you will create, design, and deliver print, digital, and experiential creative to help set the standard for dynamic industry-leading graphic design across multiple platforms. We’re looking for an experienced designer who balances hands-on creative work with mentoring and collaborating with the next generation of great design talent. This is your chance to truly bring a fresh, inventive lifestyle sensibility to one of the oldest and largest industries on earth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Sketching, designing, comping, and detailing glorious visuals for brand, sales, and marketing collateral that surprises and delights our customers
• Co-designing with business teams, fleshing out/detailing designs solo, and meeting with stakeholders to review and get feedback
• Working cross functionally with the product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to brainstorm and provide direction
• Working to finesse and iterate on Knowde's visual brand, including but not limited to: custom visuals, typography, icon design and illustration, color theory and more
• Iterating on ongoing projects

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in visual design (color, line, type, shape, image, composition).
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe CC 
• Strong knowledge of user experience/user-centered design processes and methodology
• Web design experience
• Experience designing B2B application and/or familiarity with common B2B business processes
• Ability to function as a project leader as well as an individual contributor
• Heavyweight brand and marketing design skills
• Video experience a plus
• Illustration experience a plus
