Your Role and Responsibilities

O Profissional especialista em Monitoração e Gestão de Eventos em ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) é um profissional responsável por monitorar e gerenciar eventos relacionados à infraestrutura de TI de uma organização visando que os serviços de TI sejam entregues de forma eficiente e com qualidade.
Dentre suas habilidades destacam-se: Monitoramento e Análise de Eventos para determinar a causa raiz do problema e avaliar o impacto nos serviços de TI; Gestão de Incidentes; Comunicação com Equipes; Gestão de Problemas; Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua e implementar mudanças para melhorar a eficiência e a qualidade dos serviços de TI; e propor atualização de processos e procedimentos.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Suporte e orientação as squads quanto as práticas de: Monitoração e automatização de processos a fim de disseminar conhecimento maturidade dos times com objetivo de promover e estabilidade e confiabilidade dos serviços;
  • Definir os processos e métodos que promovem disponibilidade e continuidade de negócios;
  • Análisar e entender da causa raiz dos incidentes em ambientes críticos buscando o aprimoramento do design e a operação das aplicações tornando mais escaláveis monitoráveis e mais eficientes;
  • Experiência com ITSM.
