WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions.
Assist in the research and analysis of general ledger account variances.
Development and maintenance of monthly and ad hoc Journal Entries.
Preparation of assigned month-end account reconciliations accurately and on a timely basis.
Provide proactive analysis and support to the finance team.
Provide requested internal and external audit documentation.
Prepare Ad Hoc data requests and project work as requested.
Back-up others as needed in the primary accounting center environment to help with workloads as appropriate and to ensure work is completed timely and accurately.

YOU HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
2+ years accounting experience preferred.
Experience with Oracle, JDE or similar operating software package.
Experience with OneStream a plus.
Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.
CPA or CMA preferred but not required.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to work and interact with various departments throughout the organization.
The ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Must display flexibility in regard to overtime during periods of peak activity.
Must be an excellent teammate, a self-starter, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
