JOB DESCRIPTION Staff Accountant (Sales Tax Audit Support) We’re seeking a detail-orientedStaff Accountantto assist with a sales tax audit and ongoing accounting clean-up efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in reconciliations, research, and Excel, who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant: • Gather and research documentation to support a sales tax audit • Pull and organize backup requested by auditors • Review approximately 300 invoices and verify all related sales tax exemption forms are accounted for • Assist with balance sheet reconciliations • Conduct in-depth financial research to resolve discrepancies • Contribute to overall accounting clean-up initiatives Preferred Qualifications of the Staff Accountant: • Proven experience in a Staff Accountant role • Strong reconciliation and financial research skills • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables • High attention to detail and organizational skills • Experience supporting sales tax audits • Familiarity with intercompany transactions#INJUL2025 #ZRCFS
