General Responsibilities: The principal responsibilities of the Staff Accountant include: • Invoicing, with accuracy and attention to detail • Documentation of all invoicing processes • Manage special projects from Controller/CFO; create a blueprint and appropriate timeline • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve all financial related issues and partner with other departments when needed to resolve • Contribute, as needed, with quarterly and annual balance sheet reconciliations and audits • Customer service - strong interpersonal skills to interact with multiple partners, internal corporate employees, and the field • Proactively identify and implement process improvements • Provide financial and administrative support as assigned Additional Responsibilities: • Perform other tasks as assigned • Adhere to the BCI rules and regulations as set forth in the employee handbook. • Interact with all employees, management, and the customer in a fair and consistent manner and with good customer services skills. • Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
