Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant – City Wide Facility Solutions, Jacksonville City Wide Facility Solutions Jacksonville is seeking a detail-oriented and drivenStaff Accountantto join our finance team. What You’ll Do • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions • Prepare and process journal entries and month-end reconciliations • Assist in preparing accurate financial statements • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure precise reporting • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in daily accounting operations: invoicing, AP/AR, banking, and reconciliations • Knowledge of contract vs. non-contract billing • Familiarity with ASM time tracking or similar tools • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or other accounting platforms • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office suite • Ability to manage multiple monthly deadlines with precision • Vendor management experience (customers and suppliers) • Comfort working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment Perks of Joining City Wide • Competitive pay: $28–$33/hour • Comprehensive benefits package • Unlimited PTO after 60 days • Collaborative, supportive team culture • Opportunity to grow with one of the industry’s most respected facility management companies Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • On-the-job training • Referral program • Unlimited paid time off • Vision insurance Experience: • GAAP: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Jacksonville, FL 32207 (Required) Work Location: In person
