Staff Accountant

Position Summary: A national company is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. This position will work closely with other departments to manage various accounting responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Manage daily tasks related to the month-end close process • Work with upper management to resolve disrepencies and improve processes • Prepare month-end closing journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations • Collaborate with the accounting team with minimal supervision • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Recievable • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and manage time efficiently Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field • 1+ years of experience Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
