Staff Accountant, Baptist Southbank

As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for: • Maintaining fixed assets for Baptist Health, to include all monthly PPE progressions and WIP updates. • Acting as gatekeeper for all capital requisitions to ensure they meet capital criteria and update capital spending report monthly. • Ensuring that monthly closing schedule is adhered to and prepare and enter assigned JE's monthly. • Preparing monthly AP and materials reconciliations. • Reviewing and preparing all monthly statistics reports; submit required stats to Decision Support by established deadlines. • Preparing and submitting sales tax payable on a monthly basis. • Printing and downloading all Robot reports for IHDNFB/+/- 10% reports and AR aging monthly. • Completing all required audit workpapers pertaining to PP&E for Baptist Health.
