Staff Accountant

Duties • Perform cash flow analysis to monitor and manage the company’s financial health. • Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. • Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. • Maintain accurate records through double entry bookkeeping and journal entries. • Utilize QuickBooks for managing accounts, processing transactions, and generating reports. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. • Proven experience in accounting roles, with a focus on cash flow analysis and financial statement preparation. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software applications. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis effectively. • Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping principles is essential. • Experience in private equity or public accounting is desirable but not mandatory. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
