Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company near the Phoenix/Tempe border. This organization is looking to add a staff accountant to their team! This job requires you to be fully onsite Monday-Friday. The salary is between $65,000-$75,000 DOE. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and accepted accounting principles • Perform general ledger reconciliations and monthly close activities • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and financial reports • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis • Analyze financial data and present findings to management • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting • Utilize SAP and Excel for day-to-day accounting operations Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required) • 2+ years of accounting experience preferred • NetSuite or Oracle experience preferred • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment If you are interested, please apply now!
