- Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling visualizations to communicate data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes in various aspects of our business, including advertising strategies, user behavior analysis, and performance optimization.
- Tools and Packages: Leverage mainstream data analysis tools and packages (e.g., Python, SQL) to manipulate and analyze data efficiently.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analysis and statistical techniques to apply them effectively to our business challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related).
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and packages (e.g., Python, SQL).
- Deep understanding of statistics and experience in applying statistical concepts to real-world problems.
- Excellent data visualization skills using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a passion for uncovering insights within data.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation package, including top-tier salaries in the industry
- Free medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401k matching and employee stock purchase plan
- A dynamic and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
- Access to cutting-edge technology and resources.
- A chance to make a significant impact on the advertising technology landscape.
Join us in pushing the boundaries of machine learning technology and be a part of our mission to connect businesses with their potential customers through advanced ML solutions. If you’re an extraordinary ML engineer looking to contribute to a dynamic, high-impact team, we want to hear from you.
