Description and Requirements

职位描述：

1. 负责跨部门的沟通，工作内容包括时间节点制定、需求管理、文档交付、问题解决和升级汇报。

2. 根据提供的产品需求文档，完成技术方案文档、产品元器件清单表和其他报价材料。与其他团队协同工作，完成客户问题的澄清和设计方案制定。

3. 遵循公司的硬件开发流程，领导开发小组完成产品的设计、仿真、调试、制作和验证等过程，并组织硬件开发小组完成对应的阶段性输出物。

4. 参与公司产品平台的功能定义和样机开发，配合产品和商务部门完成业务拓展活动。

5. 根据公司的业务发展，参与硬件开发流程的制定和完善。

职位要求：

1. 核心工作内容：智动驾驶产品的硬件设计和验证、功能安全文档编写、设计FMEA、最坏情况计算分析。配合项目经理按照关键时间节点完成硬件开发工作和成本控制。

2. 职位所需三点核心技能：

1）有英伟达Orin智驾平台的产品开发经验 。

2）精通复杂SOC设计，如高通汽车SOC系列、TC397、NV SOC，熟悉电源架构设计，熟悉DDR5、视频Serdes、高速以太网等车载高速信号的设计与选型。

3）熟悉汽车功能安全的硬件设计和持续的成本优化能力。

3. 教育背景要求： 本科及以上电子相关专业学历。

4. 英语能力要求： 读写流利，口语可以应对工作中的电话会议。

5. 行业要求：汽车行业从业经验至少10年以上，域控制器硬件量产设计经验3年以上。

6. 目标公司：汽车行业域控供应商或者整车厂域控硬件工程师。
