Core Responsibilities & Duties: • Deliver expert, patient-centered pharmaceutical care in a friendly, accessible environment • Counsel patients on prescriptions, OTC medications, and general wellness • Manage and oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency • Collaborate with physicians, clinics, and care providers to optimize patient outcomes • Help drive clinical services such as immunizations, medication therapy management, and health screenings • Engage in community outreach and education programs to promote public health • Contribute ideas for growth and innovation. Qualifications: • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Florida Board of Pharmacy • 2 years of retail or independent pharmacy experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply) • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team • Must possess good communication skills, both verbal and written, and must be able to interact with patients and staff in a professional manner at all times • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $53.00 - $60.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Paid time off Work Location: In person
