What You'll Do:Drive Clinical Excellence and Personalized Wellness As our Staff Pharmacist, you will be a cornerstone of our patient-centric approach, responsible for: Precision Dispensing & Compliance: Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions, ensuring full regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Data-Driven Wellness Consultations:Lead private, in-depth consultations utilizing advanced body-composition analysis and other diagnostic technologies. Translate complex data into actionable, personalized recommendations for supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle. Cultivating Trusted Relationships:Provide elevated one-on-one counseling, establishing yourself as a trusted, long-term health advisor for each client. Championing Tech-Enabled Care: Seamlessly integrate diagnostics and cutting-edge digital tools to personalize the customer journey and demonstrate measurable health improvements. Expanding Clinical Services:Proactively administer immunizations, manage Medication Therapy Management (MTM) programs, and engage in Collaborative Practice Agreements (where applicable) to broaden the scope of pharmacist-led care. Mentorship & Collaborative Care:Partner closely with our front-end skincare and nutrition teams to deliver holistic solutions. You'll also mentor pharmacy technicians, elevating overall service quality and fostering a collaborative environment. What We're Looking For: Your Profile The ideal candidate for this role will possess a unique blend of clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for personalized wellness. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution. Licensure:Active New York Pharmacist License in good standing is required. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a high-touch retail, outpatient, or concierge pharmacy setting. Clinical Acumen: Proven strength in patient counseling, comprehensive wellness product knowledge, and the ability to interpret and translate diagnostic data effectively. Communication & Poise:An articulate and poised communicator who excels in a premium, customer-centric environment. You're comfortable building rapport and trust with a sophisticated clientele. Flexibility: Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
